I read the most hilarious article about Mother’s Day brunch, and how it’s more of an inconvenience than a luxurious family outing. Even though I completely agree since whenever we go out to eat, most of my time is spent sweating while I take care of the girls. Hopefully this Sunday’s brunch is a little more relaxing since we are bringing my in-laws, but there is still a chance I’ll be chugging my Mimosas while bouncing Ailey and spoon feeding Annabelle.
Aside from a meal I don’t have to cook myself, here are some of my other Mother’s Day wishes.
Espadrilles.
Jewels.
Annabelle actually picked out this beautiful bracelet – I have the same one with a white pearl in the place of the pink pearl.
Mommy Toy.
My sister has a polaroid that she brought on her bachelorette and I absolutely loved how she captured some of our favorite moments in an instant picture. If I don’t get one of these for Mother’s Day, I’m just going out to buy one myself!
Sun Shades.
Last year Brandon and Annabelle bought me my most favorite pair of sunglasses ever…this year I have another pair on my wish list, but I may or may not have found a similar style at Target for $14.99 so I wouldn’t be too upset if I didn’t receive these.
Whatever my ladies give me for Mother’s Day – alone time for a bubble bath, a handmade card, or maybe some snuggles – I will be thankful to have two little girls that make my heart so happy.
