There’s nothing like watching one of the best teen romantic comedies to take you down memory lane. When you’re a teenage you experience a lot of firsts: first real boyfriend, first high school party, first time getting caught drinking underage, etc. Everyone’s high school years are different, but similarly filled with both awkward and amazing moments.

This may be embarrassing to admit but sometimes I miss being a teen in high school.
If I could relive a few of the best parts, I wouldn’t skip a beat going back. Time travel is unfortunately not an option… but I can pretend I’m back in the early 2000s by watching a movie about high schoolers in love (or at a party).
I may have watched every great movie about high schoolers ever made – with the rom coms at the top of my favorites list. Some of them are painful, while others are so good I’ve seen them multiple times. Here are the best teen romantic comedies of all time in no particular order.
- Ten Things I Hate About You (1999)
- She’s All That
- The Edge of Seventeen
- To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before
- To All the Boys, P.S. I Still Love You
- The Perfect Date
- Can’t Buy Me Love (1987)
- Sierra Burgess is a Loser
- The Kissing Booth
- Can’t Hardly Wait (1998)
- Save the Last Dance (2001)
- Romeo + Juliet (1996)
- Pretty in Pink
- Say Anything
- Sixteen Candles
- American Pie
- Easy A
