Since Annabelle was born, she has always been one to leave a little sparkle wherever she goes. We are very lucky to have such a sweet girl who seems to make an impression on everyone she meets. The older she gets, the more impressive she becomes on those around her. I swear she breathes a sort of fairy dust that makes you come alive when inhaled.
Ailey is just as impressive as her big sister, but definitely has her differences. She loves to show off with a bright smile and is a bit more outgoing. When Annabelle was little, she would rarely allow a stranger to give her a hug. Ailey – well if you’re smiling, she’s smiling, and she might just give you a snuggle if you’re lucky.
One of my favorite things about my girls are the power they hold in their eyes – one wrong move and you can feel their judging eyes from across the room. If they’re upset, happy, sad, or confused, we can always tell by the look in their eyes. Big, brown, beautiful eyes – Annabelle’s are the shape of her Daddy and Ailey has my squinty almonds.
When Natural Kids Clothing sent the sisters the most adorable outfits I knew Annabelle would go wild about her dress. The bright pink flowers on the bottom half of the dress alone are enough to make her smile – but with the delicate flutter sleeves and full skirt, Annabelle may never take it off. I love that there is a removable bow that attaches with snaps, so when Ailey is lying on her back, or sitting in the car, the bow won’t dig into her.
