I don’t know about you, but my favorite meals to cook change with the seasons. For fall and winter, I want something hearty and comforting – like a white chicken chili – while spring and summer the dishes are light, flavorful, and bright. There is something about asparagus, lemons, and fresh greens that represent spring in my mind.
